Introduction
From July 15 to August 16, 2019, America US Forever Shine International Educational Exchange Organization and China Battery Star Enterprise - LEOCH International Group, China Electric Vehicle Benchmarking Enterprise - Marshell Group jointly organized the “Little Migratory Bird" English Learning Camp in the summer of 2019,which provided the opportunity for the employees working in the enterprise to reunite with their children left behind in their hometown, and makes the children's summer vacation more substantial and meaningful.
The five-week event was led by Mrs. Heidi and her children Catherine and Daniel. 110 employees' children helped each other, learned from each other, made progress and spent a happy summer holiday together.

Left-behind children as a vulnerable group have deeply moved both Leoch International and Marshall Electric Vehicle Factory. Many of the employees come from the poverty-stricken areas in the west of China, such as Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia. They are generally between the ages of 25 and 40. They left their old parents and children in their hometowns. A female worker and her husband are both in Marshall. “Our eldest son is in the first grade this year, but he never dared to ask me for money during the phone call. He knows that it's not easy for me to make money. ” These children from thousands of miles away are also the concern of our company. It is difficult to make fundamental changes, only by perseveringly doing practical work step by step. Our survey found what most in need of help at present is the psychological rescue, education support and humanistic care for left-behind children to improve their growth environment.
Class Schedule
By participating in the four week English Learning Camp, children can not only come to the city where their parents live on vacation, but also learn English, music, painting, handicraft, outdoor sports and team building games together, so as to grow up and improve their comprehensive quality in a variety of activities.

In China, there are nearly ten million left behind children living in vast rural areas, and their parents work in large and medium-sized coastal cities. The long-term separation has brought negative effects on parent-child relationship, parents' current situation and children's development.
To this end, Little Migratory Birds also invited our partner, the famous educator in US, Mrs. Rouza Pan, to hold a special training lecture for parents. The lecture topics include:
1. Empower parents
2. Holistic education
3. How to manage your emotions
4. The golden key to communicate with children
5. Know your child

The vision of Little Migratory Birds English Learning Camp is not only to broaden the vision and mind of the left behind children and light their dreams, but also to help the employees who have been separated from their children for a long time to enhance their family feelings, and to help their families solve the problems of parent-child communication and long-term education.
In fact, the training of employees can improve their professional skills, which is the key work to cultivate and form common values, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise, and also an important measure to encourage the enthusiasm of employees. It is in At the same time, caring for left behind children makes enterprises undertake more social responsibilities, which has far-reaching influence And significance for enterprises to benefit society, establish brand image and improve social public status.
"Left behind children" is a major social problem and social cost of rapid economic growth in China. By holding the activity of "Little Migratory Birds" caring for the left behind children of the employees, enterprises will be able to alleviate the social problems with little by little practical actions. We hope to get more extensive attention and drive all sectors of the society to make contributions to solving the problem of left behind children.
